I'm sorry the amorous hippy salesman put you off your game. Normally you wouldn't be so quick to give up on a blog entry though I now too wish you had had the beans and rice.
By the by, I have a couple great tahini-infused recipes so if you are ever looking for something to use your overpriced tahini in, let me know.
Thank you, MoMama, I'll take you up on your generous tahini offer. That's the kind of lunch-centric information exchange I strive to inspire with my work here.
Tahini is really good stuff, probably because it's so wonderfully loaded. It's the peanut-butter of the sesame seed world. Tasty.
Works well in Asian noodle recipes. Expensive though, I agree with you. Not to ever impose content on your blog (I wouldn't dream of it), but I think that you should have an entry sometime in the future addressing the lunch implications of Motorcycle etiquette and helmet safety concerns. Nothing like a subtle morality message to accompany your lunch. Aids in digestion.
I've gone on the record, theolecranon, stating on numerous occasions that lunch is meal that--99% of the time--does not require protective head gear. Now try and relax.
Nobody tells Ricky what should or shouldn't be an entry in the future!
